I decided, since we have such an awesome team working out at XL each week, I’ll just take one day a week and brag on some of them. So, tonight, we’ll cover the coffee bar. I gotta tell you about Brian and Nichole Crick and their team. AMAZING!!! These people can make a slushie like nobody’s business. Our coffee bar area is one of the major areas where we want our guests to feel at home. This whole team completely believes in the XL vision and works very hard to make everyone feel welcome. I truly believe that everyone that comes into their area knows that they are cared for. That’s the whole point. Thanks to Brian, Nichole and the whole team for their servant hearts and their willingness to do whatever it takes to make people feel at home.

The Cricks do rock! Even when Nichole spills half a gallon of slushie juice on her shirt, she is still smiling. Brian makes a mean cup of joe even when we have no filters. There is nothing in the cafe world they and their team cannot handle.
