The Man Series

WOW!!! That really rocked! Our band is incredible. Our set up people are just awesome. Our children and preschool workers are top notch. And, it all worked together to make for an awesome night. The first night of the Man Series was just great. The band played some serious rock n roll and I was FIRED UP!!! We also had the “Man Lounge” where two guys got to sit in big comfy chairs and eat pizza during the whole service. The only problem was the they didn’t eat the pizza. Next week we will have to pick some hungrier men.
The coolest part of the night is that men finally started learning that you can be a Christ-follower and still be a man. The challenge is just to be the man that God built you to be. I believe men are tired of being told that they can’t be the man God made them to be and still be a “good Christian”. The way we see it, the very best thing you can do with God is to be exactly who HE made you to be. So, whatever God built you to do, go do it. And, have some stinkin’ fun while you’re at it.
