Jarrod is the Lead Pastor of XL in Rome, Georgia. He also serves as an Associate pastor of West Rome Baptist. He is working with a team that started XL in August of 2006. He and his wife, Tiffany, have three girls; Taylor (6), Jordan (5), and Makenzie(7 Months). Jarrod and his family moved to Rome from Arlington, Texas in 2002.
